New Product Introduction (NPI) is typically the most costly phase of any outsourcing project. We utilize our Plex Online system to automate many of the day-to-day tasks and monitoring activities that otherwise consume a large share of program management time. Any member of the team can log on to the system and find out project status and open action items they have on any project 24/7. Team members are emailed as new tasks are assigned and the system is preprogrammed in each of the processes it manages to assign standard tasks as the project progresses. The program manager has the time to better evaluate project trends and look at longer term project issues instead of getting bogged down in day-to-day tactical tasks.
Our engineering team analyzes each product to ensure it is optimized for design for manufacturability and test (DFM/DFT). Our manufacturing processes are based on Lean philosophy, so our program management team will work with your team to develop an accurate forecast and material bond strategy that gives you the flexibility you need. Our production team will set up a production qualification process that meets your requirements. We regularly launch product which requires PPAPs and/or other enhanced product and process validation processes.
